Reviews and Ratings
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were breathtaking with amazing views over Florence, spacious closet, big bathrooms, and a modern style. The staff was incredibly kind, whether at the front desk or in the beautiful breakfast room. Although there were some minor cons, the overall experience was delightful.
Despite some room servicing issues, my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though lacking in facilities initially, offered a lovely balcony view of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. The service was exceptional, particularly from Massimo and the pool attendants, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The central location, though slightly off the beaten path, provided a safe and convenient base for exploring the city. Dining options were diverse, catering well to varied preferences.
The hotel rooms were the largest and most comfortable we encountered, overlooking a garden. The service was classy, welcoming, and attentive. The location is well-cared for and within walking distance of key attractions. The dining options met our needs but were slightly overpriced. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I couldn't have asked for better! The hotel offers top-notch privacy and an amazing view. Room 441, with its two sinks, was a real treat especially if you enjoy that extra luxury touch. Thanks to our platinum status, we were upgraded, making our stay even more memorable. We will most definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Florence.
The hotel room had a nice view of the city, but the air conditioning didn't work well during my stay in the August heat. The decor was classic and elegant, though the facilities were lacking compared to other hotels in Italy.
